Diana Ray's

As a pastel portrait artist for the past 20 years, I’ve worked from reference photos capturing my subjects’ character and expression the best that I could with the photos I was given. Once in a while I worked from more difficult photos making portrait production a little more challenging.  I decided to purchase a camera and equipment, so I could take my own detailed client photos to which I would draw from.  It was then that I realized how much I loved photography and was inspired to create art through my lens.
